Job Summary
A healthcare insurance provider is seeking a Remote Engagement and Communication Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Work with HR leadership to identify opportunities and implement solutions
- Participate in the development of strategies focused on elevating the employer brand in innovative ways
- Work with the Director to ensure successful implementation of employee engagement strategies
Qualifications for this position include:
- 6+ years of relevant, professional work experience required
- 4+ years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Strong facilitation, presentation, written/verbal communication skills
- Experience in communications/change management to improve program efficiency and effectiveness
- Experience analyzing enterprise data to drive programs, content, campaign planning and decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or equivalent
