Job Summary
A software testing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Engagement Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be the trusted go-to testing expert for your client
- Take full ownership of multiple client engagements from A to Z
- Learn your client’s business objectives, culture, and people
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- When COVID-19 enables travel, you will have a blast at our in-person gatherings
- More than 5 years in client services and/or account management
- Proven track record of successful engagements with enterprise-level clients
- More than 2 years of experience in software testing or Quality Assurance
- Able to identify customer value and build successful customer relationships
- Strong communicator and presenter who possesses exceptional negotiation skills
