Job Summary

A health and wellness company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Engagement Manager in Santa Monica.

Must be able to:

• Work cross-functionally with Science and Design teams on internal projects
• Help develop and improve engagement experience offerings
• Care about the bottom line of improving client adoption, engagement and most importantly inspiring people to help live a healthy and happy life

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years experience in client-facing roles involving business/behavioural psychology, employee well-being and organizational change
• Experience working with senior leadership teams, specifically managing leadership development training, coaching and change management initiatives
• A genuine skill for creating an engaging narrative and presentation experience
• A clear passion for improving the health and happiness of the world, and being able to communicate this in an authentic and engaging way
