Job Summary

A global electrical engineering company has an open position for a Remote Engineering Business Process Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Lead Various projects to improve reporting of daily, weekly, monthly metrics and KPI’s
  • Analyze various processes involving organizations outside of Services Operation
  • Develop and maintain ServIS in depth knowledge

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field with 5 years of experience
  • OR a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments
  • Experience supporting Industrial services or products
  • Strong process improvement mindset
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Practical experience with SAP, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software
