A development firm has a current position open for a Remote Engineering Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Drive prioritization, alignment, and effective execution
• Invest in processes, cadence, and infrastructure that will scale and focus the team
• Recruit, retain, mentor, and grow our distributed team of engineers
