Job Summary
An IT and computer services company has an open position for a Remote Engineering Enablement and Operations Senior Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Hiring and retaining, and lead a world class team of passionate Engineering leaders who think innovatively
- Leading and coaching a team of Software Engineering Leaders
- Coordinating activities of GBU UX organization to assure the best outcome for our products
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least 12 years of total engineering and at least 6 years of hands-on managerial experience in software engineering and delivery domain
- Background in modern front-end development ex. React, Oracle APEX
- Passion for and ability to meet customer needs and the ability to lead an organization to deliver and launch scalable solutions
- Experience leading complex projects to align long term investments that will cross multiple organizations and span multiple years
- Thorough understanding of engineering and operational processes
- People management experience
