Job Summary

A data science and analytics development company has a current position open for a Remote Engineering Vice President.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading the development of the engineering team, including coaching team members’ performance and career development
• Designing a scaling plan for the engineering team that will support the product vision
• Shaping technical vision of the company so that we tap all the expertise we have to deliver value to the customer

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Experience leading and managing a self-organizing team of engineers
• 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 in a senior managerial role
• Experience working on an enterprise software platform and/or API product
• In-depth understanding of Agile software development methodologies
