Job Summary

A premier education-based organization has a current position open for a Remote Enrollment Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Engaging parents in thoughtful conversation about their children's needs
  • Taking inbound customer calls
  • Taking charge and lead the customer through the call

Qualifications Include:

  • Active and up-to-date virus protection
  • A Windows PC, or Apple computer connected directly to a modem by Ethernet cable
  • Dual core processor with a speed greater than or equal to 1.8GHZ
  • A USB headset with microphone
  • A quiet, designated work area that is free from distractions
  • 2 GB of RAM or more installed on the computer
