Job Summary

A reading development program is in need of a Remote Enrollment Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Talking to between 25-30 parents each day
  • Receiving inbound phone inquiries from parents who are interested
  • Making an informed recommendation to enroll in an appropriate program

Qualifications Include:

  • PC with Microsoft Windows 7.0 or higher Operating System, or an Apple computer with OS 10.10 or higher
  • Experience taking charge and leading the customer through the call
  • A Windows PC, or Apple computer connected directly to a modem by Ethernet cable
  • Experience engaging parents in thoughtful conversation about their children's needs
  • A USB headset with microphone
  • A broadband connection with a cable or DSL Internet Service Provider with a minimum upload and download speed of 1.3 Mbps
