Job Summary
An educational services company is in need of a Remote Enrollment Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct appointments with prospective student/parents
- Provide superior customer service and support to current and prospective families
- Respond to inquiry calls and requests
Position Requirements Include:
- Strong proficiency in using multiple software programs
- Bachelor's degree OR minimum three (3) years' experience in customer service, admissions, or other related experience
- Superior problem-solving, time management and organizational skills
- Must pass federal, state, and local background checks, as required by state
