Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Enterprise Client Relationship Executive.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Work proactively with a portfolio of our largest Enterprise clients
  • Drive success and be directly accountable for each client’s SaaS renewal, adoption, and retention
  • Conduct account reviews, evaluate client health, develop and facilitate execution of action plans

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of client success, client advocate/advisor, or software account management
  • 5+ years managing long-term client relationships
  • 5+ years of renewing and growing existing accounts
  • Technical understanding and ability to learn new software products
  • Expertise in managing client data within a CRM (client relationship management)
