Job Summary

A retailer specializing in home improvement products is in need of a Remote Enterprise Customer Relationship Management Strategy Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading and developing team of marketers accountable for implementing and optimizing campaigns a
  • Overseeing the deployment of enterprise email, push and SMS programs
  • Defining KPIs, tracking and understanding the customer health/channel health with partnerships with Analytics

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required
  • 7 years of proven experience working in CRM, Digital and/or Marketing
  • 4 years of strong project management and execution success
  • Ability to work at a fast pace while handling competing priorities
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of the products, processes, tools and implementation standard methodologies
  • Technical acumen with a proven track record to quickly learn new skills and assimilate new technologies
