A software company is seeking a Remote Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Act as an advisor to the customer with a customer-first mindset by understanding their business needs
  • Provide expertise by identifying what the client needs and the areas of value
  • Set clear, transparent goals to meet client needs while collaborating across teams internally to deliver results

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 4+ years in Customer Success, Relationship Management, or Account Management
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any subject
  • Excellent teamwork skills with experience in working with cross-functional teams to deliver results
