Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Drive adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy across your portfolio
  • Advise on strategic and program planning to ensure ongoing usage, further adoption, and alignment of company with business need
  • Nurture and support internal champions who will serve as references and advocates

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of Customer Success experience supporting commercial/enterprise clients
  • Highly analytical and 2 years of experience working with data-driven dashboards and reports.
  • Experience as an advanced user on a robust, SaaS-based enterprise software platform
