Job Summary

A manufacturing company has a current position open for a Remote Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Overseeing the journey of new and existing accounts, and ensuring successful implementation and overall positive experience
  • Managing day-to-day communications with a medium book of business
  • Effectively communicating with accounts and resolving issues, both big and small, in a timely and comprehensive manner

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS company required
  • Experience working with high-profile accounts and advising on overall support needs and statuses
  • Problem-solver who understands how to work with a variety of stakeholders throughout the Customer Journey
