Job Summary
A manufacturing company has a current position open for a Remote Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing the journey of new and existing accounts, and ensuring successful implementation and overall positive experience
- Managing day-to-day communications with a medium book of business
- Effectively communicating with accounts and resolving issues, both big and small, in a timely and comprehensive manner
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS company required
- Experience working with high-profile accounts and advising on overall support needs and statuses
- Problem-solver who understands how to work with a variety of stakeholders throughout the Customer Journey
