Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Remote Enterprise Customer Success Technical Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Guiding customers through implementation, onboarding, business reviews and renewal
  • Becoming knowledgeable about the company's web and mobile analytics products
  • Debugging customer issues and keeping ownership of cases until resolution

Required Skills:

  • Excellent technical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in client-side web development (JavaScript, Jquery, HTML, CSS, AJAX)
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation during off-hours and weekends
  • Experience working or using web analytics
