Job Summary
A health insurance provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Enterprise Data Analysis and Quality Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage the Data Analysis & Quality department via development, motivating, training, and retaining competent staff.
- Collaborate with enterprise data management teams on data visualization, data design and delivery needs
- Oversee direction of analysis, quality and data security functions between government programs and processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of technical knowledge in data management systems, warehousing, modeling, alnaylytics and governance
- 3+ years of experience overseeing technical staff, demonstrated achievement, and progressive management responsibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- Proven competence in information delivery planning across computing platforms and emerging technologies
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management in managing multiple projects and delivery
- Advanced proficiency and demonstrated skill with Excel and effective interaction with external parties
