Job Summary
A software developer that creates products for use in human resources is seeking a Remote Enterprise Delivery Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing enterprise solution design implementation consisting of a successful transition from sales
- Identifying any potential risks and facilitates with appropriate personnel (e.g., Sales, Consultants, Product, Support, Integration)
- Establishing standard project support tools and processes to streamline delivery
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience managing implementations in the recruitment and/or assessment space
- Excellent project management and facilitation skills
- Proven ability to develop and communicate enterprise deliverables
- Experience as a Delivery Manager, preferably B2B, working with SaaS or subscription product
- Exceptional communication, customer service, sales, and relationship building skills at all levels, including C-Suite
