A digital retail and marketing company is in need of a Remote Enterprise Resource Planning Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Respond to customer requests by phone, chat, and email

Educate customers on the software

Required Skills:

2+ years of experience within the flooring industry using an industry-specific business management / ERP system
Strong Microsoft Excel & Computer skills
Have confidence in coordinating different schedules, time zones, and priorities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
