Job Summary

A travel technology is seeking a Remote Enterprise Sales and Catering Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Evaluate satisfaction of customer with product to preemptively solve problems
  • Collect and share business process and marketing best practices

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related business field required or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing, maintaining high satisfaction, and influencing enterprise scale customers
  • Demonstrated experience of managing a portfolio of products across multiple (5-7) large accounts
