A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Enterprise Software Customer Programs Senior Director.

Qualifications for this position include:

• 15+ years experience in account management, customer success, or marketing execution
• At least 5 years of experience in a global leadership role
• Bachelor's degree or greater in business administration, marketing, technology or related field
• Ability to drive tiered and C-level programs related to emerging focus areas for the customers
• Ability to align and work effectively with global, cross-functional teams and senior leaders
• Experienced in building and leading high performing teams in an agile environment
