Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote Enterprise Software Sales Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage hire, train, and mentor new and existing Sales Executives
- Enforce pricing guidelines and drive negotiations
- Define sales targets, and plan and coordinate efforts of sales staff
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 8 + years of enterprise software sales experience
- 5+ years of experience in sales management / leadership
- Strong listening, communication, and negotiation skills
- Comprehensive understanding and proficiency in complex software relationship selling
