Job Summary
A global e-learning technology company has a current position open for a Remote Enterprise Support Director in Athens.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the recruitment, training and development of the Support team
- Providing leadership to the Enterprise Support team by mentoring Leaders, Support Analysts and other team members
- Developing and implementing new strategies for change, focusing on improving the communication, timing, and impact to the customer’s experience
Skills and Requirements Include:
- You have 5+ year experience leading remote teams, ideally in a customer or technical support setting
- You have 5+ years of developing, implementing, and executing successful customer experience strategies that align with the company’s strategic goals
- You have the ability to command the room of a high level executives both internally and externally
- You have demonstrated the ability to lead a team in a highly demanding, fast-paced environment
- You are an effective communicator with the ability to manage and implement change in a dynamic environment
