Job Summary
A cybersecurity company has an open position for a Remote Enterprise Technical Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Documenting and tracking customers' feature and support requests
- Acting as the technical liaison with Red Canary's enterprise customers
- Documenting best practices and troubleshooting guidance
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of enterprise experience designing and implementing infrastructure initiatives with a familiarity of security technologies
- Ability to clearly communicate complex solutions in an easy to understand manner
- Strong understanding of technology and security products
- Experience solving Level 2, and 3 Support cases
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and issues using sound data and metrics
- Experience consulting enterprise customers
