Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Enterprise Technical Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Enhancing Cloud offering using automation and monitoring tools
  • Reproducing customer issues and test new product functionality
  • Supporting a global customer base via GitHub, community, email or ticketing systems

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Significant experience in Linux-based application hosting environments
  • DevOps experience
  • Awareness of at least one scripting language
  • Knowledge of Networking and HTTP(S)d
  • 4 years of technical work experience: support, development, engineering, etc
  • Experience in a customer-facing position
