Job Summary

A banking and credit lending company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Entry Level Fraud Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Processing late and trailing transactions on fraud status accounts and zero-fraud loss cases
  • Updating information from merchant receipts to the case information screen
  • Making manual outbound calls to customers for transaction verification

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Have strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Have the ability to multi-task, as needed, to get the job done
  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • Have a quiet workspace
  • Have internet service with a minimum speed of 5mbps
  • Have a personal smartphone or a tablet
