Job Summary
A banking and credit lending company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Entry Level Fraud Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Processing late and trailing transactions on fraud status accounts and zero-fraud loss cases
- Updating information from merchant receipts to the case information screen
- Making manual outbound calls to customers for transaction verification
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Have strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Have the ability to multi-task, as needed, to get the job done
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Have a quiet workspace
- Have internet service with a minimum speed of 5mbps
- Have a personal smartphone or a tablet
