Job Summary

A human resources company has a current position open for a Remote Equal Employment Opportunities Specialist in Denver.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Investigate, fact finds, and recommend solutions to internal and external worksite employee EEO complaints
  • Monitor and ensure client company compliance with state and federal laws
  • Assist clients in resolving complex and challenging EEO matters

Position Requirements Include:

  • Work onsite 1-2 days per week and 20% travel
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related field
  • Five years of human resources experience
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment and EEO laws and regulations
  • Ability to apply federal, state, and local laws, regulations, ordinances and policies
  • Must meet all other listed company requirements
