Job Summary
A human resources company has a current position open for a Remote Equal Employment Opportunities Specialist in Denver.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Investigate, fact finds, and recommend solutions to internal and external worksite employee EEO complaints
- Monitor and ensure client company compliance with state and federal laws
- Assist clients in resolving complex and challenging EEO matters
Position Requirements Include:
- Work onsite 1-2 days per week and 20% travel
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related field
- Five years of human resources experience
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment and EEO laws and regulations
- Ability to apply federal, state, and local laws, regulations, ordinances and policies
- Must meet all other listed company requirements
