Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Remote Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Diversity Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Consult and partner with HR staff and leaders on affirmative action goals
- Manage the planning, development, reporting, and analysis of the affirmative action processes
- Monitor ongoing regulations and identifying and implementing needed changes to compliance policies
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience which is 3 years of work experience to 1 year of education)
- 4+ years related experience with 2 years spent analyzing and interpreting complex Federal regulations
- Strong Excel knowledge and abilities including macros, pivot tables, formulas, etc
- Expertise in compiling, calculating, and analyzing statistical and demographic data
