Job Summary

A sports entertainment technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Equity Compensation and Payroll Senior Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Lead preparation of all relevant equity transactions
  • Ensure the proper taxation is applied to all equity exercises and releases
  • Ensure that bi-weekly payroll processes are streamlined, effective, and exceptionally accurate

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with excellent academic credentials
  • 8 years of stock plan administration and payroll or relevant experience with a publicly-traded company
  • Experience with U.S. federal and state taxation relating to domestic payroll and equity compensation
