Job Summary
A company providing human resources consulting and recruiting services has a current position open for a Remote ERISA Compliance Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing servicing for assigned caseload of Qualified Retirement Plans (Primarily 401(k))
- Performing annual compliance testing for assigned clients
- Preparing and filing IRS Forms (5500 series, 5330, 1099R and other related schedules)
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 7+ years’ retirement plan administration experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or comparable professional work experience
- Proven ability working with plan documents
- Understand the intricacy of plan asset reconciliations, document distributions
- Demonstrate excellence in written and verbal communication, detail orientation, and organization skills
- Superior time management skills adhering to deadlines and timelines
