Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Escalations Senior Customer Champion.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Participating in timely routing ( triage ) of GitHub issues
  • Spending 25 hours in Help Scout each week in our Escalations Queue
  • Filing and supplementing technical issues based on problems detected in escalations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel 5% - 10% for company retreats which rotate to various cities throughout North America
  • 5+ years in technical customer support roles
  • Must be well-versed in Javascript and Python, as well as SQL
  • Must have significant experience with APIs and webhooks
  • Must have strong familiarity with HTTP status codes
  • Must not only be an expert troubleshooter, but an efficient troubleshooter
