Job Summary
A roofing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Estimator in Cincinnati.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Tracking change orders for ongoing jobs
- Preparing estimates in prearranged time schedule specific for each job
- Contacting vendors for current pricing
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Strong organizational skills needed
- Sharp written communication skills needed in drafting proposals
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to seek assistance when required
- Must be able to prioritize and move projects forward in a timely manner
