Job Summary
An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Esupport Service Center Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Contacting the customer by telephone, written correspondence and/or the claims system
- Entering verbal and written application information that meets both the internal and external customers' requirements
- Assigning new claims to the appropriate claims handler
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel as required
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- High school diploma or GED required
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
