Job Summary

A social media company is in need of a Remote Ethics Associate Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing engaging online training to educate all employees on the Code
  • Developing and delivering informative and engaging training to leaders and managers
  • Maintaining, updating and enhancing the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics to ensure its relevance and effectiveness

Required Skills:

  • Willing and able to travel to headquarters and regional offices as needed
  • Experience leading an Ethics function for a multinational publicly-traded company
  • 5+ years (though more is welcome) of your experience is directly relevant to this Compliance role
  • Demonstrated sound business and legal judgment
  • Comfortable working in a company experiencing rapid growth and evolution and that is the subject of intense public scrutiny
  • Substantive expertise in ethics and familiarity with other core compliance related subjects
