A virtual and hybrid events platform has an open position for a Remote Event Platform Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Reaching out to existing customers in a timely, professional, and effective manner
  • Maintaining positive and growing relationships with clients, ensuring limited customer attrition
  • Consulting with clients to help improve their platform experience, resulting in return on investment

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or similar role; background in customer success
  • Experience and knowledge in the SaaS industry
  • Self-starter; analytical thinker and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proven results of delivering client renewals and meeting sales goals
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of activities with varying priorities
  • Confident with outreach to senior professionals via phone, email, and video
