Job Summary

A privately held, venture-backed software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Event Producer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Partner with Customer Success Managers to successfully onboard new customers through their first event
• Become a hands-on-keyboard company product expert
• Own customer engagements end-to-end and deliver event design and production planning, run-of-show development, etc.

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Be customer-centric and quality-obsessed
• Have a minimum 3-4 years of event production experience,
• Be comfortable interacting with key stakeholders at large enterprise companies as well as third-party agencies
• Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Have excellent organizational and project management skills
• Have strong technical skills with an ability to pick up new software quickly
