An entertainment company has an open position for a Remote Event Ticketing Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering questions and resolving issues via phone/chat
  • Working with a team of Coaches, Team Leads, and Supervisor
  • Supporting your team as well as your team mates

Required Skills:

  • Opportunity to support and engage with fans face to face at live events
  • Proven track record of 2+ years customer service experience
  • Passionate about sports, entertainment and attending live events
  • Ability to meet all technical and equipment requirements
