Job Summary

A virtual venue for live online events is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Events App Store Lead Developer Advocate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Scoping out requirements for new integrations built by external developers
  • Communicating external developer’s requirements to Hopin’s product teams
  • Informing our API and developer tools roadmap

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3 years of developer advocate experience or similar, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Solid grasp of the external developer journey and has experience working cross-functionally
  • Experience with platform integrations, enterprise security, and ability to understand technical limitations of our platform
  • Used to working closely with with product and engineering teams
  • Strong understanding of how to operate in an enterprise SaaS sales team environment
  • Experience owning developer documentation and drafting new resources where needed
