Job Summary

A staffing company is seeking a Remote Executive Assistant in Seattle.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Directly supporting and contributing to the work of the CEO
  • Performing calendaring and keeping track of CEO’s schedule
  • Participating in the selection of office systems and vendors

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to five times a year
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in another highly similar role
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including MS Office and video conferencing software
  • Ability to oversee project management timelines and tasks
  • Ability to design business correspondence, documents, reports, and proposals
