Job Summary
A software development firm has an open position for a Remote Executive Assistant Project Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and maintaining executive calendar
- Partnering with the COO to manage action items and to help drive execution
- Overseeing and being responsible for all administrative duties
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Limited travel to conferences and site scouting required
- 5-7 years of demonstrated success in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge and proficiency of Office 365 Suite and Google Suite
- 5 years experience in administration and project coordination
- Proven ability in compiling, assembling, analyzing, and summarizing data
- Bachelors or better in Business Administration
