Job Summary

A software development firm has an open position for a Remote Executive Assistant Project Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing and maintaining executive calendar
  • Partnering with the COO to manage action items and to help drive execution
  • Overseeing and being responsible for all administrative duties

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Limited travel to conferences and site scouting required
  • 5-7 years of demonstrated success in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge and proficiency of Office 365 Suite and Google Suite
  • 5 years experience in administration and project coordination
  • Proven ability in compiling, assembling, analyzing, and summarizing data
  • Bachelors or better in Business Administration
