Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Executive Compensation and Governance Corporate Counsel.

Must be able to:

  • Assist with NYSE listing/governance requirements
  • Support a variety of equity and executive compensation and related corporate governance matters
  • Advise on insider trading compliance and Rule 10b5-1 trading plan review and administration

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Juris Doctor degree
  • California State Bar member or otherwise qualified to practice law in California as in-house counsel
  • Minimum five to eight years' combined experience in law firm and in-house legal department
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding work environment
