Job Summary

A wholesale and consumer lending agency is seeking a Remote Customer Service Advocate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Interfacing with customers and customer representatives regarding complaints
  • Tracking and researching customer complaints
  • Providing litigation and general administrative support

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 3 - 5 years’ residential mortgage servicing experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Internet Explorer and Excel
  • Proficiency with Synaptec LawBase desired
  • Ability to draft written responses to customer complaints and maintain accurate and complete records
