A financial services company is seeking a Remote Executive Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Cultivating a diverse network and proactive bench talent development
- Delivering on headcount goals for executive hiring for the business functions
- Developing a scalable process for executive recruiting across the company's business functions
Position Requirements Include:
- 6+ years recruiting experience within a retained search firm and/or in-house executive recruiting
- Experience building diverse teams
- Possess an extensive knowledge of and excitement for the technology space
- Adept at building and managing successful client/stakeholder relationships
- Must have experience managing high-profile clients and candidates from outreach to close
- Rigorously holding oneself and others accountable for achieving high levels of individual and organizational performance
