Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Executive Recruiter in New York City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain market-specific intelligence relevant to the business and talent needs
  • Provide counsel to hiring managers during assessment and evaluation of candidates
  • Provide consultation to senior leaders to assist with hiring decisions and analysis of details of complex offers

Qualifications Include:

  • 8+ years of executive recruiting experience, retained search experience, or a combination of both
  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting senior-level professionals in a retained search or contingency search firm
  • 6+ years of experience sourcing passive executive-level candidates through referrals, warm leads, cold calls, etc
  • Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
  • Knowledge and understanding of contact management systems
  • Applicant tracking systems experience
