Job Summary
A medical devices, pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods manufacturer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telework Executive Recruiting Sourcing Specialist in the Eastern Time Zone.
Must be able to:
- Conduct research
- Execute robust sourcing strategies to attract highly skilled and credentialed candidates
- Work on the preparation of a drafted target list and research industry and relevant products
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree
- Five years of research and candidate development experience in a retained search firm
- Track record of developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies
- Demonstrated ability to recruit diverse individuals
- Ability to negotiate and consult on complex compensation packages
