A culinary services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Expansion Manager in Austin.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the full recruitment and on-boarding cycle of chefs and food tour operators
- Conducting phone interviews with potential chef and food tour partners
- Actively performing outreach to uncover passive candidates
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of sales, business development, or recruiting experience
- Outgoing and eager to engage with the chef community
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Proficient in Google suite and Excel
- Strong data analysis skills
- Culinary experience
