Job Summary

A software security company is in need of a Remote Experienced Tier 3 Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide technical troubleshooting for incoming escalated tickets from our customers
  • Own and manage customer escalated tickets, from creation until resolution
  • Conduct issue review meetings with key areas to ensure timely resolution for issues and communicate findings to customers

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or an Engineering discipline
  • 5+ years experience in technical support working with enterprise customers
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Experience working with, and troubleshooting issues on Windows OS
  • Experience installing and configuring IIS, MS SQL Server, SSL certificates
  • Experience working with Virtualization Technologies (Hyper-V / VMware / AWS)
