Job Summary

The Express Offers leads Coordinator will be responsible for receiving, organizing, maintaining and the distribution of seller and buyer leads generated through the Express Offers platform and participating buyer partners. The Express Offers Leads Coordinator provides World-class customer service/experience for our real estate agents, educating our agents about the Express Offers platform, and working through any technical issues with our agents using or implementing the platform.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Initial involvement in the development of a lead distribution system
Coordinating receipt of seller leads from a variety of sources
Working with buyer partners to source and distribute their lead overflow
Working closely with agents to ensure leads are distributed to the best candidate
General assistance to Express Offers team
Input on state rollouts
Provide exemplary customer service for our real estate agents using the Express Offers platform

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

bachelor's degree strongly preferred, High School diploma required
Real estate license preferred
Experience working in Referral Services, Relocation Industry, or iBuyer programs such as Offer Pad or Open Door
Experience creating and / or managing a large lead distribution system
Strong interpersonal and interview skills with the ability to establish instant rapport
Strong organizational and process management skills
Able to articulate complex concepts in a meaningful and understandable way
A high degree of creativity and problem-solving ability
Able to set and manage priorities
Able to define and achieve objectives
Strong presentation skills
Microsoft Office and/or Google Apps proficiency
Self-starter
Strong technical aptitude
