A full-service maintenance company has an open position for a Remote Facility Maintenance Customer Service Representative Administrative Assistant.

Must be able to:

Act as a Customer Service Representative
Contact customers and de-escalate issues
Perform data entry and do paperwork

Qualifications for this position include:

Experience in continued administrative functions (3+ years)
Experience in customer service (3+Years)
Ability to think quickly, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency
Good phone personality
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Extremely computer savvy (excel/internet searches/outlook/quick data entry/scheduling)
