Job Summary
A university is in need of a Remote Family Nurse Practitioner Program Visiting Professor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing regular, meaningful feedback about academic performance of students
- Maintaining accurate records, submitting grades on time, and enforcing academic policies
- Engaging students in asynchronous threaded discussions at least 4 days per week
Qualifications for this position include:
- MSN and a DNP, or PHD in Nursing degree
- Considering applicants with licensure in any states, however, applicants may be considered for future sessions if licensure is not from the prefered states
- FNP, RNA, PNP, ANP, AGNP, or GNP national certification through the ANCC, AANP, or PNCB
- Solid clinical experience working as an Advanced Practice Nurse with diverse populations
- Must have a minimum of 2 years teaching experience in the subject matter in consideration
- Must have required subject matter expertise and outstanding communication skills
